VW T4 van floor repairs

We were asked to remove an old disabled lift and replace the floor to allow the T4 to be converted into a camper van.

We had to rebuild the rear support beam and floor, and we used 3 sections in the floor that were removable to allow access to the underside, these were folded to give extra strength,

We then painted it in black zinc primer to allow the customer to complete the work in which ever colour they required.
